Dynamic Intelligent Solutions (DIS) recently helped a major manufacturer of small engines discover root cause for fatigue on an exhaust manifold utilizing its innovative ChamberCam(TM) system in an ambient test environment. A 37 minute measurement test identified the surface movement due to thermal expansion at each flange location.
